Account Services Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Account Services Representative is responsible for all aspects of customer accounts management. This individual deals directly with archery distributors and dealers, mountain products customers, Outfitter and Select Club members/customers and any unique product customers.  Preference will be given to applicants that are enthusiastic about the outdoors as this position works with the mountain products department, including snow shoes and tent poles/stakes.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
-Work with the planning and engineering departments regarding delivery dates backorders and custom products
-Maintain on-time delivery numbers/reports
-Enter orders from customers, send fax confirmations and confirm bills to ensure order accuracy
-Answer incoming phone calls, and assist customers with requests
-Resolve customer problems and complaints
-Communicate and maintain a positive relationship between Easton and customer accounts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience with outdoor activities preferred
-Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
-Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
-Strong ability to negotiate and solve practical problems
