Accounting & Administrative Analyst

Immediate opening for high achiever with the desire to advance, keen eye for accuracy and the ability to oversee projects from end to end in a fast-paced, high-tech international company.  Responsibilities will include AR, AP and billing, executive administration, project assistance for all levels of management as required, and act as receptionist to welcome guests and answer phones.  A strong ability to multi-task and manage confidential matters with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism is a must.  QuickBooks Pro and MS Excel proficiency is mandatory, degree preferred.
