We are looking for an ActionScript programmer with exceptional XML skills to join our team of dedicated and talented interactive developers. Eagle Productivity is building a world-class e-learning development team and this is your chance to get in on the ground floor.

This job is based at our Rochester, New York, headquarters office and includes some infrequent overnight travel.

 

Experience and Skills Required:

· ActionScript 2.0, XML and JavaScript

· Creating complex Flash elements; interactive, dynamic, and animated UIs

· Web development, HTML, CSS

· User interface development

· Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Willingness to flex hours when needed to meet tight deadlines

· Collaborative team spirit

· Inquisitiveness and desire to always learn new things

Experience that is a plus:

· Implementing SCORM and AICC standards

· ActionScript 3.0

· PHP and SQL

· Graphic design and typography

· Video compositing and motion graphics software (FinalCut Pro, AfterEffects, 3D Max)

Responsibilities:

· Create extraordinary e-learning, incorporating great typography, pixel-perfect images, 3D models, videos and/or motion graphics

· Take creative direction and faithfully adhere to specified design parameters

· Take personal responsibility for the part of each project to which you are assigned
