Qualified candidate must have 3-5 years of related experience and a professional demeanor. This is a M-F 8AM-5PM postion. Responsibilites include but are not limited to:- Ordering invoices, mailing letters, stuffing envelopes, matching credits and debits, pulling together invoice packages, invoice and mail distribution with light research and customer communication. - This individual will support the Manager and Staff of the Credit Department.Requirements:- MS Excel and Word a MUST!!! (Testing Required)- 3-5 years of related experience.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Reliable transportation a must. - Ability to be timely and work the hours of: M-F 8AM-5PM. This is a Long-Term assignment starting April 28th-with no set end-date.
