Administrative Coordinator to $40K + Benefits!

Highly regarded Company in Dallas is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support the entire office of this small and rapidly growing company.

 

You will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging heavy travel, managing calendars and creating detailed expense reports as well as a variety of special administrative and office manager projects. The person in this role must have at least 2-5 years of administrative assistant experience and must have experience working in a corporate setting and a stable job history.

 

A strong proficiency in Word and Excel is required.
