JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 

Job Title:         Corporate Managed Print Services Administrator

Job Goal:         The corporate MPS administrator is responsible for the record updating in E automate, Remote web tools, and remote fleet tracking Data base for our MPS program. Works on processing MPS orders and related customer service concerns. The administrator works closely with the Operations Manager, Branch Sales Manager and the Regional Service Managers providing the key link between sales, service, delivery, set-up and corporate administration.  Duties are varied and include but are not limited to the following:

 

Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to accomplish basics tasks related to our specific software.

 

 

Major Duties:

1.          E-automate data processing:

a.        Assist in entering data into E-automate and remote tracking database For MPS program

 

2.          Knowledgeable in E-automate software and Remote tracking software as it relates to job duties, including:

a.        Logging, managing and  tracking customer accounts in Remote tracking software

b.       Entering MPS orders with accuracy.

c.        Maintenance of customer records in both E-automate and Tracking software

d.       Obtain and input customer meter reads.

e.        Run reports for Sales reps on specific accounts

f.        Run reports constantly to determine relevant data is being collected

 

4.          Process sales order paperwork for the MPS program, including data input into Compass database for sales

            analysis for the MPS program.

 

5.          Works with billing dept for the updating or uploading of billing meters for our Leasing partners

 

6.          Support Sales and Management Team, including typing letters, memos, and other documents as necessary.

 

7.          Support Service Team, including the following:

a.        Technician support for Data collection product authentication key assignments to customer support as needed

b.       Notify customer support of stale data as needed

8.          Maintain neat and accurate customer files.  Assist with document scanning, storage and retrieval software system.

 

9.          Assist walk-in customers and visitors.

 

10.        Assist all in bound phone calls as needed

 

11.        Duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the President, Vice President of Sales, Regional Service Manager or Operations Manager

 

 

Relationships:

A.         Works Directly For:          Operations manager

B.         Works With:                   Management, Sales, and Service Teams; customers; other Branch

                                                Administrators; vendors; and employees from many other areas    

                                                Of the company, including Human Resources, Billing, and Warehouse & Delivery.
