My client is capturing the educational marketplace by accessing the working professional student, providing distance learning in a distributed education model and delivering "knowledge that earns."

 

 No cold calling 20-30 leads provided per week from Interested students, relationship sale
Job Description:

Help people make a positive change in their lives by advancing their education. Generate new students for bachelors, masters and doctoral degree and certificate programs.  Build relationships with prospective students that have inquired about the program, discover needs and concerns, demonstrate how our program can best meet those needs, and support the students through the admissions process to registration and program completion. Communication with prospective students is exclusively through telephone, fax, and email.

 

A. Daily Duties:Communicate with prospective students via outbound and inbound calls, emails and faxes regarding the Program. Guide prospective students through the shopping process to a comfortable decision regarding our program. Approach each prospective student with a problem solving attitude Overcome the barrier of No Trust using Relating Skills. Explain and demonstrate how you can be of service to each prospect. Overcome the barrier of No Need using Discovery skills Overcome the barrier of No Help using Advocating skills. Overcome the barrier of No Satisfaction using Supporting skills.Accurately and thoroughly record each interaction with each prospective student in our database Assist student with admissions, financial aide and registration process Generate referral leads from prospective students in the shopping and enrollment process. Run filters and reports to update Daily Tracker report and Sales Metrics report. Present these numbers at daily production meeting along with “stucks”. Hit new in sales and 1st time contact goals as established in the Business Planning Worksheet. Other reasonable duties as may be requested from time to time.

 

B. Weekly Duties:

1. Provide feedback to marketing and other departments regarding enrollment related topics

2. Participate in weekly Program Review meeting; bring performance data and issues to discuss ways to enhance production.

3. Participate in meetings with Program Manager to communicate specific student or prospect issues, provide programmatic feedback, and maintain highest level of program specific knowledge.

4. Contact 60% of new leads distributed each week.

5. Hit application commits and application received/completed goals as established in the Business Planning Worksheet.

6. Work a minimum of 2 nights a week until 9:00 p.m. ET. 

C. Monthly Duties:

1. Participate in monthly Program Review meetings to communicate specific student or prospect issues, provide programmatic feedback, and maintain highest level of program specific knowledge.

 

 

D. Term Duties: Maintain relationships with students to help support program persistence and generate referral activity. Contact 60% of new leads distributed for enrollment term. Achieve Conversion A, Conversion B, Net Penetration, & enrollment targets performance standards as established in the performance reports for each term. Build individual Business Planning Worksheet for current enrollment term. 

 

 Qualifications:Sales experience or strong desire for sales role required. Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution required. “Inside” sales experience (outbound calling) preferred. Must pass criminal background check. Produce error free written correspondence Speech must be clear and easily understood without grammatical errors or the use of slang.
