Advertising Operations Analyst

 

TechTarget is seeking an entry level analyst to join its team.  The analyst will manage inventory of online media products.  He/She will be responsible for scheduling and approving online inventory, and answering inventory inquiries from internal customers including Client Services Sales, Product Management and Marketing.  The analyst will work with other members of the team and other departments to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, self-driven, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

 

Essential job functions

 Validate and schedule inventory for advertising contracts Monitor Inventory mailbox and answer requests in a timely mannerAnalyze and forecast inventory availabilityProcess data queries, and produce periodical reports

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Bachelor’s degree required.  Degree in business administration or quantitative field is preferredA logical thinker with excellent analytical skillsDetail-oriented and reliableStrong self motivation and able to succeed with limited supervision;Independent and good time-management skillsAbility to communicate effectively with people across the companyFamiliar with Microsoft Office and web applicationsPrior analyst experience is a strong plus.  Exposure in media (online or traditional) is preferred.Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities as business requires
