As the Aftermarket Manager, you will be responsible for promoting sales, introducing company programs, and providing account services to potential customers. This includes preparing presentations, proposals, bid specifications, and strategy solutions. Responsibilities also include: Managing the marketplace project within the assigned territory Achieving established revenue and profit margin quotas Attending training and/or workshops Taking ownership of the sales process and coordinating resources as needed (technical support, product marketing, contract preparation efforts, etc.) Managing dealer sales and service, including delivery, installation, and customer training Understanding the company products/contracts and also of competitor products and their applicationQualified candidates should possess: High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of directly related inside sales experience Working knowledge of account management process Developing sales, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Effective presentation, communication, customer relations, and analytical skills Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsOnly those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.
