Business/Strategic Management Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Location: US-GA-Atlanta Status: Full Time, Employee Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Job Description Analyst - Inkjet / DC&D Eastman Kodak is looking for an Analyst Business Performance to join the North America Marketing Services Organization. This individual will be primarily responsible for analyzing and providing insights on market and price/volume/mix performance, programs and promotion performance, in-market test results, ad tracking, retail presence, syndicated POS and Kodak POS. The analyst will also be responsible for consumption model maintenance and ad horizon management. Job Duties/Responsibilities: This individual, as a member of the Business Performance team, will provide market place information that will improve sales and overall business performance through: Performing analysis and generating insight to facilitate sound, fact-based business decisions. Generating weekly and monthly reports from POS, syndicated and Kodak internal system data. Promotion effectiveness tracking and assessment. Maintaining consumption (sell-thru) forecasting models. Interfacing with key functional areas to facilitate marketing and sales effectiveness. Required Skills / Experience: 2+ years experience in market research, sales analysis, business development, new product development, finance or strategic research. Experience or exposure to quantitative forecasting methods. Experience or exposure to Analysis Software Packages (SAS, SPSS, @Risk). Experience working in a diverse, cross-functional team environment preferred. Bachelors Degree Required. QUALIFICATIONS: Desired Skills: Microsoft Business Software proficiency (e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Query Tools exposure (proficiency in SQL or Business Objects/Cognos Impromptu). Analysis Software Package exposure (SAS, SPSS, @Risk).
