Area Account Manager

CBM is a rapidly growing service industry in the Tampa Bay Area. We are seeking a qualified Area Account Manager!

 

The Area Account Manager is the primary liaison between CBM employees, clients and the home office. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing employees in budget with job/client/contract requirements. Advocates on behalf of clients and ensures excellent service delivery with respect to client implementation, addressing client inquires, performing quality assurance inspections, etc.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

  Manage existing customer accounts with an emphasis to drive increased penetration  Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution Develop customer relationships through regular customer contact Review customer contracts and recommend additional work

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  Strong oral and written communication skills Proven ability to set and adjust priorities based on activity  Works well in a fast paced environment with little supervision  Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Fluency in English and Spanish a must!  Ability to work well in a flexible, dynamic work environment managing multiple projects with tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to monitor accounts to ensure they are done accurately, on time and on budget
