This is a key position reporting to the division Area General Manager.  Qualified candidate MUST have operations management experience preferably from a services industry involving fleet management.  The ability to multi-task and work with diverse backgrounds; the position will require an ability to speak or understand Spanish.  Individuals with strong customer relations are also preferred.  This position will be responsible for a fleet of vehicles, operations, customer service, sales and P&L.  Must live in the greater Miami area.Company offers a base salary up to $95,000 plus a 50% bonus potential.  Other perks include mileage, full expenses, great benefits and a 401K plan with match.
