Pacific Bridge, Inc. is an international consulting firm focused on Asia.  There are two sides to our consulting business:  1) Business Development and Regulatory Consulting in Asia for medical companies (www.pacificbridgemedical.com), and 2) Human Resources Consulting and Recruiting for Asia (www.pacificbridge.com).  This is an outstanding opportunity to be a key player at the company and to learn a great deal.  All the work done at Pacific Bridge, Inc. involves Asia and business in Asia, so this is an excellent chance for those interested in the region to put their knowledge to practice.

 

The Associate will work in a fast paced environment with abundant room to grow and perform.  College graduates or candidates with several years of experience are welcome to apply.  Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will range from $35,000 to $50,000.  Interested candidates should review our two websites (www.pacificbridge.com and www.pacificbridgemedical.com) to learn more about our business as well as review our newsletters and other publications. 

 

Job Description





I.  Research and Writing (50%)

a. Research Asian HR topics for our Asian HR eNewsletter, write newsletters

b.  Research China medical topics for our China Medical Newsletter, write newsletters

c. Write short reports to be published in trade journals or appropriate magazines; publicize our expertise

 

II. Other Research (35%)

a. Search for resumes of qualified candidates interested in Asia for our recruiting business

b.  Maintain and grow candidate database

c. Maintain and grow client database

d.  Miscellaneous research focused on Asia

 

III. Consulting Projects – Medical and HR (15%)

a. Assist with medical consulting projects

b.  Assist with HR consulting projects

c. Miscellaneous projects for PBI

d.  Attend meetings, exhibitions, etc.



 

Candidate requirements



 Minimum 3.5 GPAExcellent writing skillsStrong interest in and knowledge of AsiaHardworking, dedicated, loyal, and able to multi-taskExtremely detail orientedAsian language skills a plus, but not required
