Asset Manager Senior Analyst and Project Development Senior Analyst

Position Description:
•  Support asset management and business development efforts for an independent power plant owner in White Plains, New York.
•  Primary responsibilities are in two areas
Direct management reporting for existing asset portfolio and analyze project budgets and results, including analysis of monthly/quarterly reports from each project. Also track regulatory/market issues and prepare management reporting.Manage research on investment opportunities and study rates of return, depreciation, and investments to present recommendations to senior management. Also develop and maintain financial models of large infrastructure projects which include 20 year projections of financial results.
Position Requirements:
 
•  1-3 + years experience in the power plant sector
•  Master’s Degree in Finance, Engineering or Project Management.
•  Excellent financial, analytic, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
•  Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
•  Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint experience, including modeling skills
•  Strong initiative and ability to work independently
•  Tireless dedication and goal-orientation
•  Strong team player
