Job summary:

Assist account managers with ongoing account management support,  setting  up loyalty campaigns, generate/distribute performance reports and facilitate network wide account communications. Enter orders and monitor the order fulfillment progress. Monitor equipment performance reports.

 

Summary of essential job functions

 Enter orders, monitor fulfillment progress and signal issues. Generate a weekly status report. Participate in the weekly Operations meeting Maintain client profiles. Issue profile snap shots for review. Signal voids. Assist on loyalty campaign specification and set up. Issue reward status and cost reports. Ensure completeness of campaign tracking entries. Manage product descriptions and category set up. Review “new item” reports, process changes and initiate corrective actions per account. On a weekly basis monitor equipment performance. Monitor RMA summary report and highlight issues. Execute mass communications to clients. Ensure correctness and maintain log. Coordinate all sweepstakes and related client communication Act as back up point of contact for all clients

Minimum requirements 

An Associates Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent level acquired on the job is required. As well as a minimum of two years experience within a sales/marketing capacity and strong communication skills. Incumbents must be self motivated, an independent achiever and enjoying a fast pace environment.
