Assistant Store Manager - Mankato and Rochester

We're Mattress Giant, the premier sleep shop retailer with over 260 stores across 14 states and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our growing retail network in the Rochester MN and Mankato market! Ideal candidate could possibly work 3 day Roch /2 day Mkto split between the two stores.

 Compensation:

We offer a generous commissioned environment with unlimited earnings potential.  First years sales professionals can average $40,000.  The top 20% of our sales force average over $80,000.  Unlimited personal growth opportunities in a professional team environment during a 5 day work week.   There is no limit to the amount of money you can make; it’s entirely up to you!  At Mattress Giant you will receive 3 weeks of paid training plus either a hourly pay (not a draw) or commission pay for each week worked after the training period, whichever is greater!

What we need from you:

A proven track record in Retail Sales or Sales Management

Customer service driven

Desire to learn, grow and succeed

Reliable and career motivated

Availability to work Full time 50hours including weekends
