In this role, eligible for relocation, you will join our Corporate Finance management team and play a vital part in the management of cash, investment and debt for Russell, globally. You’ll set treasury policies and procedure guidelines for global subsidiaries and directly manage the domestic treasury operation. The responsibilities of the individual in this position include: Overseeing debt portfolio to provide long-term liquidity while managing internal and external debt portfolio activities Analyzing capital structure and financing alternatives Assisting with executing financing strategies Overseeing domestic cash management operation, global cash positioning and cash management function to ensure liquidity, optimal cash usage and adequate cash control Managing short-term and long-term cash projection as well as our global banking relationship Monitoring global net capital and regulatory cash positions Maintaining global cash management policies and procedure guidelines Developing foreign currency management strategy to minimize risk exposure Analyzing foreign currency exposure to better manage foreign currency activities Evaluating and recommending management strategies The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experience, including the following: Bachelor's degree required; advance degree a plus CTP, CPA, CMA and/or CFM 10+ years of corporate financial experience in a multi-national corporation which includes 5+ years of treasury experience and 3+ years of management experience Proven experience with multi-national treasury operations In-depth knowledge of capital markets and regulatory environments including their impact on financial operations Well developed knowledge of accounting principles, exceptional analytical and financial modeling abilities and demonstrated project management skills Proven leadership, management and communication talents Ability to manage complex problems and issues at the highest levels of an organization and to influence and lead decision processes and outcomes Benefits: Life balance matters here.
