Provide world-class service, including functional and consultative expertise, to assigned consumer packaged goods client(s) related to their custom retail measurement and consumer product tracking deliverables. Serve as contact for assigned clients custom deliverable needs, with primary focus on maintaining the databases used to measure retail scanning sales and promotional effectiveness for consumer packaged goods. Serve as a consultant to the client with regard to new database/category set up, database redesign, and database maintenance. Perform weekly/monthly quality checks on the data and ensure on-time data delivery. Submit orders/requests for new deliverables and change to existing deliverables. Interact with, and advise, internal client service team regarding client database needs/changes. Serve as liaison between client, client service, and the rest of the operations organization with regard to all client database management related activity and questions regarding operations capabilities. Work as part of a team to achieve established company objectives. NOTE This is not an IT position.QualificationsTechnical proficiencies in MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in market research or consumer packaged good industry helpful, but not required. Customer service experience helpful. Travel for training and to meet with assigned clients is required.
