Company in South Orange County is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager. Position Summary:The Associate Marketing Manager will support Brand Marketing team by executing, assisting and developing tactical elements of marketing plans. This individual will help manage the product portfolio, pricing, forecast, and coordinate activities across functions. Additionally, individual will help develop new products and marketing plans to drive both top and bottom line growth, build close working relationships with sales, R&D, Finance and operations and must be proficient at managing teams and leading cross functional initiatives. A high level of consumer marketing understanding is required and the individual must be very comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint, and possess a high entrepreneurial and customer-driven attitude. Brand Marketing Responsibilities:· Plan and execute public relations activity including new product launches, individual initiatives and press release routing.· Manage special projects as needed, including consumer marketing research, new product development research initiatives, sample fulfillment generating and reporting. · Traffic departmental information and requests including product requests, packaging updates, creative materials, sales grids, and marketing plans.· Infuse brand essence into marketing communications and all creative materials. ‘Must Have’ Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or business related field, plus 3 – 5 years related work experience (Branding, Marketing and/or CPG)· Superior Computer Skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint · Superior analytical and presentation skills; comfortable dissecting data to create succinct data-driven reports and presentations· Knowledge of internet including research tools, e-commerce sites · Excellent time management skills. · Must be able to read, write, speak and understand fluent English.
