CRA International is seeking an Associate Principal to join our Transfer Pricing practice in CA.

Associate Principal, Pleasanton, CA

Requirements:

· Proven experience with financial analysis and researching publicly traded companies

· Understanding of micro economics and capital markets

· Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment

· Ambitious and a self-starter

· Manage and deliver projects in client facing role

· Supervise and mentor staff

· Maintain high levels of staff utilization

· Assist in business development efforts

Qualifications:

· BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university

· Ph.D/MBA or Masters degree in Economics, Finance or related field from an accredited college/university

· Strong understanding of the micro economics and capital markets

· 3-5 years of experience with consulting related projects, preferably in transfer pricingReview and analyze U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial statements
