Job Description:

The Associate Resource Manager (RM) will be assisting in the daily management of the Resource Management process.  This includes assisting the RM team with maintaining the staffing process, coordinating R&D assignments for non-billable (bench) resources, and general upkeep of all RM reports.   

 

 

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Assist Resource Management team in maintaining internal processes. Prepare and maintain weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports for Resource Management department. Serve as backup to Senior Resource Managers as contact for staffing requests. Provide general administrative support for the HR Department. Responsible for maintaining accurate data in internal systems.

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. A minimum of one year’s prior experience in HR, staffing, or other service related department or firm is preferred.  MS Excel & Word experience required. Strong writing and communication skills. Must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to present to audiences in a clear and effective manner.  Proven track record of excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to handle and work with a high level of confidential material and information. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and to work in an extremely fast-paced office environment.
