Aviation Cabin Services General Manager - Atlanta

ARAMARK Aviation Services is a division of ARAMARK providing aviation support services to many airlines across the country.  These services include Ramp, Cabin and/or Passenger Services.We are currently recruiting for a Cabin Services General Manager in Atlanta.   As an Aviation Cabin Services General Manager you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all services including cabin cleaning as a contracted service for a major airline. You will be expected to assist in meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs. You will also oversee staffing, scheduling and supervision of the hourly staff of as well as training and development. This position is highly visible and requires the good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.  You will be responsible for managing about 60 full time employees.  Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. Strong organization, leadership, time management and team motivation skills are essential for success in this role. A focus on Safety is a must. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is required. Aviation service experience is mandatory for this position.
