Job PurposeThe BTS Training Manager works with the client teams to deliver an Answers training program. The Training Manager is responsible for understanding client needs, configuring the training program, delivering training to the Nielsen client team, and delivering a Train the Trainer program to Nielsen Client Service team members.The main objective of the Training Manager is facilitating Answers pilot sessions and properly training each client team on Answers so they can handle this responsibility independently throughout the Enterprise rollout. This position requires a minimum of 50-75% travel. ScopeThe Training Manager will report to the BTS Training Director and serve the following roles: Travel to client locations to deliver Answers training to internal Nielsen client team and pilot client users. Deliver Train the Trainer session to key client team members who will own training their client enterprise users. Configure training kit to meet client needs. Handle configuration and order management of training materials for client training session. Solicit support from Nielsen client team. Participate in client team status calls to understand specific needs, issues, or requirements of client implementation to address in training. Proactively stay up to speed on all product enhancements. Achieve and maintain expert use of Answers platform. Work with other BTS Marketing Training team members to provide product expertise needed to create training materials. Review training materials and provide sign-off on accuracy. Develop training materials as needed.QualificationsRequired:" 3-4 years of previous training experience." Ability to travel 50-75% of time." Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals." Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills." Strong understanding of adult learning principles." Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple projects at once." Ability to deliver a smooth presentation while working through technical issues." Ability maintain professional demeanor while fielding tough client questions.Preferred:" Familiarity with the CPG industry." Instructional design background." Previous experience training web-based products.
