Bilingual Customer Service Representative

 

Customer Service or Call Center jobs for bilingual people who speak Spanish and English and are in the Columbia, SC area.  Agil Staff is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join one of South Carolina's most stable and best companies.



This is not your average scripted contact center. The way you handle calls will save lives.

You will handle a variety of customer phone calls, issue orders for service and assist customers with inquires regarding their services.

Starting pay rate of more than $14.00 an hour for candidates who fluently speak, read, write and translate Spanish to English and English to Spanish.

These jobs for bilingual customer service reps in Columbia, SC are scheduled to start on June 30th so we have to have you processed prior to June 9th at the latest.

Hours are between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and are fixed for 90 days at a time.  One period you might work 8am to 5pm.  The next you might work 10am to 7pm.  You must be willing to work any shift to be considered.

This employer offers pay increases regularly for the first 3 years based on performance.

After the first 3 years pay increases occur on an annual basis.
There is an annual incentive bonus plan.

Additional benefits include 401(k) investment plans, paid time off and paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and retirement.

Education:

 

Preferred candidates will have experience in a customer-interactive role, a High School diploma or equivalent, excellent listening and verbal communication skills, good analytical skills, including basic math and general accounting and strong computer skills.
