Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities for this 2nd shift position include: receiving a variety of incoming customer service calls from Representatives and District Managers. Responds to inquiries and resolves, researches and tracks problems in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner. Fosters goodwill and positive customer service relationships with callers consistent with AVON’s standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Use Call Information System to provide guidance and assistance to the Representatives regarding their accounts, and initiates any required action in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Requirements include: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Windows experience preferred. Good telephone etiquette with the ability to handle a high volume of calls both effectively and efficiently. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong listening skills.
