FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Report to company President at this small, corporate office
-Handle all Accounting from AP/AR, Transmission of ADP Payroll, Month and Year End Financial Reports,
and Financial Statements
-Utilize Excel, Outlook and Great Plains Softwares

BACKGROUND REQUIRED
-5 Years Full Charge Bookkeeping/Accountant experience
-An Independent, highly meticulous work ethic
-Strong Excel, Outlook (Great Plains a plus)
-Candidate should live reasonably close to Piscataway
-Someone looking for a long term job
-College a Plus
