Account Managers:
We are looking for individuals who can identify and build relationships with hiring managers who are in need of consulting services in the form of individual consultants, projects teams or outsourced services. This includes following up on leads from recruiters, consultants and hiring managers. Available tools include our company's proprietary database, office records and marketing programs; networking; researching print media; and cold calling. Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure the quality of your client manager database information through in person visits and correspondence. This includes selling Oxford 's services; gathering organizational information such as consultant usage trends; exchanging market data; assisting managers in defining their needs and advising managers on methods to meet those needs; and differentiating Oxford from its competition.
Technical Recruiter:
We are also looking for individuals who can source consultants with leading edge critical skills. This includes obtaining referrals from consultants and user managers; direct recruiting; networking with personal contacts; and searching through our company's database. Interview consultants to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to travel. Check references to verify information and obtain leads and market information.

Hours: Most offices are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM.
Compensation: We offer a base salary plus an attractive incentive plan first year potential: 40k plus. Second and subsequent years' earning potential can be significantly higher.
