Provide analytical support for the DHS planning, programming, budgeting, and execution system. Deliver analytical support for a team providing technical, managerial, policy, and procedural direction for resource management, financial management process improvements, and modernization planning for complex DHS programs and systems. Prepare reports and presentations for colleagues, senior managers, and clients.Required Skills-4+ years of experience as a DHS or DoD resource manager or budget or financial analyst-Current CBP BI clearance a plus-Ability to obtain a security clearance-Must be a US citizen-BA or BS degree preferredAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with DHS or DoD acquisition programs and systems-Experience with handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment-Experience with directly supporting an administrator or manager-Knowledge of DHS or DoD or basic accounting principles and FAR -Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word-Knowledge of DHS or DoD resource management, financial management, and acquisition laws, regulations, functions, requirements, and systems -BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
