Detail-oriented professional wanted for business/operations analyst position. This person will be responsible for quantifying operations in terms of cost and opportunity; identifying processes requiring improvements, tools, or resources and building business cases to justify the ROI. The candidate must thoroughly enjoy turning data into actionable information. The candidate will work directly with the General Manager and have the opportunity to make significant impact on the business.

 Responsibilities Process evaluation and design.Work with finance and operations management to create and implement business cases for operational improvements.Business intelligence reporting--identifying candidates for automation & improvement.Create requirements documentation for development (e.g. features in portal, tools for operations, product enhancements).New product process integration.Required Skills

Excellent Excel skills, including statistical forecasting and charting.Ability see past what people are asking for to what they really want/need.Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent customer services skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Good understanding of technologies and terminology.Ability to motivate themselves and to do what is right by the team. Required Experience
