Business Analyst/Project Manager

This position will support various projects thought out the organization.  The candidate will serve as a leading contributor in the requirements, design, development, and support of numerous projects.

 

The responsibilities for this position will include but may not be limited to:

·  Gathering project requirements

·  Collecting and analyzing raw business data using statistical methods/models.

·  Creating reports with recommendations based on analytical findings.

·  Conducting reporting meetings and facilitating work sessions

·  Effectively communicating with functional staff, technical staff and volunteers.

·  Serving as the primary contact between stakeholders and the Project Management Office.

·  Writing complete project plans

·  Mapping processes


·  Creating and tracking budgets


·  Performing the execution and tracking of project plans and schedules.

·  Will report to the Sr. Manager of the PMO. 

 

Candidate Abilities:

·  The ability to capture requirements succinctly. 

·  Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, high initiative, sense of urgency, teamwork, and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task

·  Must be able to adhere to time lines.

·  Must be able to pay attention to detail and still entertain non-linear thought (Out of the Box)



Ideal Candidate will heave:

·  Three to five years experience

·  Complete project life cycle experience

·  Detailed documentation experience

·  Experience with the use of analytics that lead to the creation of a business case/process improvement.



Familiarity with the following tools:

·  MS Project

·  MS Office

·  MS Visio

·  Reporting Tools (Such as Crystal Reports) a must

·  CRM a plus

·  SharePoint a big plus



Education Requirements:

·  A BA/BS required (Preferably business, mathematics, or IT related)

·  CBAP or PMP preferred but not required
