Business Data Analyst Summary
One of our clients, a Fortune 100 company, has an immediate need for a Business Data Analyst. This is a 5 month contract position with an industry leader.
This position will be working on the Vendor Continuity Assessment Program.
Business Data Analyst Duties & Responsibilities Provide support and analysis of data collection, mapping, aggregation and balancing functions. Analyze data to identify trends and to provide potential root cause analysis and recommendations. Provide continuity and accuracy in reporting by validating and testing data, identifying missing/erroneous data, disparities/inconsistencies between data sources as well as validating accuracy/consistency with stated business rules. Fully use and apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to both business and technical disciplines. Adhere to with massive amounts of data daily. Work with executives of all levels inside and outside the company.
Essential Business Data Analyst Skills & Characteristics1-3 years work experience in data analysis BCDR (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery) experienceExtremely detailed and organized Effective oral and written communication skills Exemplary problem-solving and logic skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAccess or other database experience is preferred
