This person will approach new clients in a consultative manner, offering Acsys, Inc. staffing and recruiting services. This is a relationship-driven role! Face to face meetings with clients would include introduction to our company and services, needs assessments, getting to know the client company and culture, presenting candidates as solutions to hiring needs, celebrating placements and employment anniversaries, sharing holiday gifts, conducting our region-based Annual Compensation, Benefits and Workplace Trends Survey and presenting the results, thanking clients with lunch and sponsoring and hosting value-add events.
