Primary Responsibilities: Achieve new business sales targets on a monthly basis Build referral and lead generation networks Maintain accuracy of prospect database/manage and accurately forecast pipeline (salesforce.com) Meet new prospects as goaled & close business both in person and via phoneSummary: In business/sales you’re always trying to do 3 things... 1. Retain your existing account base 2. Grow your existing account base 3. Acquire New Accounts This position is all about #3, acquiring new accounts! Hunters Wanted! Background Required: Documented Sales Success with history of exceeding quota Ability to work both independently and within a team environment 3-5 years of on-line sales success / college degree (4 year) Ability to master entire sales process with emphasis on prospecting & hunting! Ability to understand and effectively sell value in unquantified ROIBackground Preferred (but not required): Selling to Marketers Avg deal/TCV size $20k+ Salesforce.com or some type of CRM knowledge or experience Success closing sales via both phone and F2F Business Intelligence experience/understanding Summary: If you’re a quota smashing sales professional, top communicator, technology savvy, love to sell, and not afraid to blaze new trails…this might be for you! Other Essential Abilities and Skills: Leadership-Self Motivation Desire to learn and succeed Continuous Improvement Adaptable & Flexible Excellent oral and written skills Consultative selling style Results driven Team playerCompensation Structure: Base range from $60,000- $75,000 Monthly commission along with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities First year estimated income with incentives (at plan): $150,000-$170,000 Excellent benefits program Uncapped income opportunities. Top 10%-15% of these sales executives earn in excess of $250,000!We need folks from outside sales, inside sales, national account managers, account reps, account executives, hunters, farmers....closers!
