Our goal is to provide you with the training needed to become a success. Further, we will assist you with on-going coaching and mentoring. Your long term goal is to provide integral business development of new and existing clients in the Baltimore/Washington corridor. Ultimately, you will be able to successfully:
Research, develop and implement a targeted consultative marketing strategy. Attend conferences and tradeshows as both an exhibitor and an attendee to increase company awareness.Join and engage in local industry organizations to further enhance our current relationships and provide exposure to new business partners. Identify, develop and distribute appropriate marketing materials. Conduct presentations to small groups and larger industry groups. Participate in preparation and management of bids and proposals, white papers and other marketing materials to include writing, editing and/or reviewing. Maintain regular communication with key client decision makers. Develop expectations and negotiate fees. Set the tone to be seen by the client as a strategic partner.
