What would you be doing? As our client’s Business Development Manager, you would join a respected and experienced sales team growing the company’s business throughout San Francisco. This is a truly consultative sales role where no two days are the same and the rewards are potentially outstanding. Your responsibilities would include: Researching potential customers to develop an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing their businesses and how best to meet their needs Cold calling new business prospects and networking with existing contacts to reach new business prospects and resources Setting appointments and meeting with C-level executives to deliver sales proposals Updating and maintaining sales database of business prospects and contacts Is this position for you? If you have proven outside sales success and experience selling HR outsourcing, business or software solutions, this could be the role for you. Here are a few things we’re seeking in the ideal candidate: Previous consultative and outside sales experience is required Experience selling business solutions or a service is required PEO or HR outsourcing experience is required Experience selling to or managing a small concentrated market is essential Previous sales experience in and around San Francisco is preferred A Bachelor’s degree is required – MBA a plus What’s so great about this job, anyway?
