Business Development Spec

Under limited supervision, this position generates leads for enrollment counselors, as well as increases positive awareness of the University within the business and government community.

 

Requirements: A thorough knowledge of business, marketing or higher education market and industry as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.Must possess a general understanding of business, education, technology, counseling, and nursing programs of study.Proven outside sales and/or marketing experience preferred.  Proven experience as an Admissions Counselor also highly desirable.Must have the ability to professionally and effectively deliver presentations to small and large groups.Must possess a relatively high level of interpersonal communication skills to accurately convey information and increase positive awareness of the University, as described above.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.Must possess a valid driver's license as local travel is generally required.
