The current opportunity is open for the right individual:

Business/Human Resource Manager:

Provide overall business management and coordination of finance, budget, property management, planning, and human resources. Responsible for Contract, PWS and company policy interpretation within a large, active Government Contract. Report directly to the Project Manager.
Plan departmental operational budgets by analyzing operating needs, projected revenue and expenses on both a short- and long-range basis; prepare and manage expense budgets as required.
Determine fiscal requirements, make projections and prepare departmental budgets; monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds; prepare financial statements reflecting status of programs and activities as required by the Contract; ensure compliance with the Contract, FAR, CAS and Company policies and procedures.
Serve with Project Manager as Project liaison with Government personnel concerning Contract policies and procedures, personnel administration and budgetary control.
Manage and coordinate work of Finance functions; manage Supervisors' activities to meet Contract and functional objectives (including Small Business requirements).
Manage all human resource functions. Recruit employees for Administrative, Trades, Skilled Labor, and other positions. Implement Corporate Benefits plans. Administer Corporate Compensation plans. Assist Managers and Supervisors with Employee Relations and Policy issues. Supervise Payroll Administration.
Recruit employees for administrative, trades, skilled labor, and other positions. Advise Supervisors on employee relations, and related issues as required. Communicate with Corporate Office.

Position Requirements
Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or a related field. Masters preferred.
Must have or be able to obtain a "Secret" level Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Work requires 10 years plus related business experience to acquire competence in applying general accounting and budgeting principles and coordination of major business functions.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with Human Resources. Knowledge of SCA a plus.
Management experience for a similar length of time in order to have acquired the necessary skills and techniques. Knowledge of FAR and CAS requirements. Government Contract experience.
Competence with Microsoft Office. Preferred: Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint accounting system.
