Business Process Consultant

Corporate Planning and Strategic Services organization looking for an individual to:Lead/Conduct business analysis including, but not limited to, financial
analysis, strategic planning, business plan development,staffing analysis, process improvement analysis, market and competitive research, etc. Assist in the management of relationships with clients in a consulting/professional services environment. Mentor less experienced staff. Contribute to techniques and development of organization's products and
services.

Most decisions are made independently with minimum guidance from the department manager.



Education: BA/BS degree in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management, Business (including Business Administration,
Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Management Science or Economics), Computer Science, MIS or a similar field.

Knowledge Skills:Must be able to effectively communicate (written and orally), work well
under pressure and within deadlines, work well independently as well as part
of a team and motivate others. 4+ years of related analytical or consulting experience with a preference in
business and/or financial analysis. Experience performing research and analysis activities systematically to
develop well supported, cost-effective recommendations. Experience managing simultaneous projects. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access,Powerpoint), VISO is a plus.
