We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to offer small business owners a world recognized expense management tool that provides long term cost savings and a world class financial management program. This is what we do: Call business prospects, using pre-qualified leads, to discuss simplifying their expense management practices. Make a personal connection through our consultative approach while driving results. Maintain a prospect list within a database to acquire new business. Engages in a needs based dialogue using persuasive techniques to motivate customers. Understand products and services to be able to sell features and benefits. Here’s what we’re looking for: • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Active listening skills • 1 – 3 years sales or customer service experience • Proficiency with PCs and Windows environment • High call volume experience • Ability to meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic and professional manner • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently Here’s what you can expect from PRC: • Work Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm • $25k per year plus unlimited commission (1st yr realistic income $28k-$34k annually) • Guaranteed Commission during first 90 days • Monthly rewards program • Medical, Dental, Vision (6 different plans to choose from) • 401k (6% matching and 100% vested after 2 years) • Life Insurance, Short & Long term Disability (company paid) • PTO and Paid Holidays • 3 week training program with 8 week ramp up period If this describes you and what you are looking for, we want to hear from you.
