Identifies and documents detailed business requirements for systems enhancements based on knowledge of business needs. Researches and recommends solutions to business issues and provides feedback on cost benefit analysis of business decisions.  Generates options that meet the business requirements within the schedule and budget of the project Participates in internal and external reviews of Scope Definition and Detailed Business Requirements documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and coverage of all business needs. Provides support to business partners in designing and implementing training programs, procedures, and customer communications. Provides input and feedback to the development of test plans to ensure all design features for new products and enhancements are included.
