Ability to interface with contacts within the organization between a variety of different departments and external vendors. Ability to sit for long periods of time and heavy phone usage. Typing - 24-39.9 word per minute / Keyboard - 54-79 keystroke per minute. Manage the ordering of telephony services including Local Service, Long Distance, Toll Free, Point to Point Processing complex service orders including T1s, PRI/BRI, tie lines, vendor conversions Tracking of all requests Provide tier 2 support for all troubles, assisting Telecom managers as needed Provide customer service for employees when ordering services or budgeting needs Process monthly telephony charges in a timely manner using correct financial codes Respond to all billing inquiries, misapplied payments, past due amounts, credits due to the corporation Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO: Apply by Email
