ARAMARK Business Services is looking for professional leaders committed to providing our customers with unique solutions, outstanding variety, and healthy menu choices to improve the overall well-being and productivity of client locations.   In our Corporate Dining division, as a Retail Supervisor, you will plan, direct, and coordinate retail activities of our client's convenience store as well as handle the bookkeeping for the location.  Your responsibilities will include: Working towards delivering a finished product to customers within a service area. The responsibility for inventory, customer service, cash handling, and merchandising. Hands-on working in the store helping customers - very customer service oriented. Inventory Management, cash reconciliation, banking. Directly supervising employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. This position is Monday through Friday only!  Ideal candidates will possess an associates degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) and 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. Salary commiserates with experience.
