CALL CENTER SALES REPRESENTATIVES

We are currently hiring for Inside Sales Representatives. This position is responsible for responding to inbound telephone/email inquiries. We would prefer 1-3 years Inside Sales experience for this position but candidates with a sharp mind and eagerness to learn will be strongly considered. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal oriented professional who thrives in a fun sales environment.


Responsibilities: Field inbound sales and customer service calls/emails Capturing proper customer information Cross-selling additional related products Fielding technical product and process inquiries




Qualifications: Aggressive, motivated, self-starter who is passionate about their work. 1-3 years Inside Sales experience preferred. Strong oral communication skills; able to have a well-structured conversation at every level. Ability to build rapport, qualify, present, and build value for sales opportunities. Ability to type 30-40 wpm. Attention to detail and good organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks successfully. Strong MS Windows Application Knowledge. Ability to perform well in a constantly changing environment; taking on new roles as needed with a customer centric work environment. Ability to understand new technologies and software for sales tracking. High School Diploma or equivalent.
