**CME - Project Manager**

Job Description:
CMPMedica’s CME (Continuing Medical Education) Group ( http://www.cmellc.com), has an immediate opening for a CME Project Manager in our Jersey City, NJ office. This person will work with publishers, editors, production and other departments to conceive, budget, propose and implement physician and patient communication projects in print, online and in live formats.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and supervise the implementation of accredited medical education programs.
· Oversee reporting activities to commercial supporters and internal teams.
· Participate in the development of company-wide communications databases.
· Ensure that the highest standards of services are provided.
· Act as a liaison between staff, business development, and commercial supporters in developing budgets, timelines, proposals and contracts to support the project sales process.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree in communication or related, preferably in the healthcare.
· 4+ years project management experience, preferably in medical education or healthcare services.
· Must be able to supervise implementation of project from conceptualization to completion and prioritize and multi-task without compromising quality.
· Knowledge of the accredited medical education business and related regulations a huge plus.
· Ability to collaborate, influence, and partner with other internal and external groups/teams.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
· Excellent project management, communication, and collaborative skills.
· Experience with market research and competitive analysis is a plus.
· Develop and traffic multimedia programs.
· Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Project skills.
