A proven achiever and polished professional, you pride yourself on your integrity, independent judgment, discretion and diplomacy, which are well balanced with a sense of humor.Principal Accountabilities:• Develop postings and advertising strategies to target and recruit exceptional information technology (IT) candidates;• Build and maintain candidate pools of external qualified resources;• Screen, interview, and qualify IT candidates to the technical and other requirements of the position;• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters in compliance with quality standards;• Represent CGI at career fairs and other networking functions;• Manage and track a high volume of requests with quick response times for all new hires;• Provide human resource professional guidance and consultation to managers and members;• Ensure consistency and competency in human resource processes, including compliance with provincial and legal requirements and CGI's corporate standards;The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recruiting experience and at least 3 years recruiting information technology personnel.
