General Job Description:As an ICON Commercial Real Estate Director it will be your charge to procure business within your Director Department to foster relationships and present your unique talents along with the company’s Advisory Services to REITS, National Tenants, Attorneys, CPA’s, Lending Institutions, Builder/Developers, Pension Fund Advisors, Business Owners, Real Estate specialists, other relevant professionals, investment groups and individual investors.

Directors are responsible for developing a minimum of two person team and providing direct support to junior associates. All members of the ICON Family of Companies work and manage their entire business on our proprietary ICON WorkStation daily to track and manage transactional flow, internal processing, along with appraisal and underwriting processes that streamline the sales process while ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Through the use of our proprietary innovative technology, and our highly skilled operations department; you will have vast resources to support, develop and expand your Commercial Real Estate career into the New World of Commercial Real Estate.
