As a Consultant at Innoveer Solutions you will be an integral part of the engagement team. To be successful in this hands-on, client facing role you will require strong desire to build relationships, as well as learn new technologies and develop new skills.

Ideal candidate will have a technical consulting background coupled with the understanding of the marketing, services, and/or sales business processes. Siebel experience is desirable, but not a must as we are happy to train!

Primary responsibilities include all or some of the following:
* Configuring and customizing software
* Documenting functional requirements
* Data integration / development
* Delivering training
* Identifying and communicating project issues appropriately

Required qualifications:
* Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 1-4 years of technical consulting experience
* Experience with one or more of the following:
- Technical Design
- Application integration
- Custom development
- Data migration
- Siebel marketing and analytics is highly desirable
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Excellent client presence, communication and presentation skills
* Enthusiasm and ability to grasp new technologies quickly
