Customer Service Representatives – Call Center

Leader in the same-day messenger service field, seeks experienced customer service representatives for busy call center. Candidates must have clear speaking voice, courteous phone skills, and the ability to handle high-volume phone calls.

Responsibilities:

Politely and promptly handle client orders via telephone.

Enter orders onto computer dispatching software, accurately and quickly.

Respond to client inquiries, questions and requests.

Assist with billing preparation.

Interact with dispatchers and couriers as needed.
Requirements:

Prior customer service and/or call center experience.

Experience with ACD phone system.

Ability to solve problems and diffuse difficult customer service situations.

Familiarity with order entry software.

Friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
Must be proficient in MSWORD and EXCEL
