Responsibilities and Qualifications will include: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard scripts and procedures CSR/Minimum one year of successful call center experience. Strong telephone skills including inbound and outbound calls. Bi-lingual Spanish is a definite plus. Hours are 9am - 5pm during training, after training hours may change to include nights and Saturdays. Must have strong computer and keyboard skills. Articulate, customer focused and possess proper telephone etiquette. Demonstrated computer proficiency and the ability to maneuver and navigate between computer screens and programs. Ability to type 40 wpm. Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate with a broad range of clients. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the team. Motivation and a drive to learn and succeed.
