Parts Associates, Inc. is a successful national distributor of products to the automotive, tractor, fleet, off the road equipment, industrial, maintenance, mining, and other related fields. We are located in Parma and are currently searching for a customer service representative.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and organized individual to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.
Candidates will have strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel along with accurate data entry. Superior phone and communication skills are a must. Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills both written and oral. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
Principal ResponsibilitiesThis position will spend a great deal of time on the phone, both with our sales representatives and with our customers. Taking and entering of ordersProviding information such as pricing and availabilityResolving problems including shipping, billing and pricing issuesFiling damage claims with the freight company Processing returns and creditsProcessing credit card transactionsTroubleshooting/researching any and all customer and sales representative issues
